My Story

Anna brings a wealth of experience to the substance use disorder field. She has spent several years working in various roles, starting as a recovery advocate in residential treatment, then managing a female transitional living home. Her journey continued as she transitioned into individual and group therapy in the Intensive Outpatient Patient Program. Anna's dedication to her local community also led her to serve as a therapist in a private practice. In December 2014, she proudly earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University. Anna is also an alumni of the nationally recognized Texas Tech University Center for Collegiate Recovery Communitues and has been a strong pillar in her recovery community for over 18 years.  Anna's true passion lies in helping individuals discover their authentic selves and achieve greater happiness in their lives. When it comes to therapy, she takes a personalized approach with each client, tailoring her methods to suit their unique needs. While she is well-versed in various therapeutic approaches, such as Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Anna always ensures that her clients receive the best possible care.
